History
IWC is a woman-owned and managed social services consulting firm specializing in Indiana Medicaid Programs. Certified by the State of Indiana and Virginia as a Woman Business Enterprise, IWC's decentralized organizational structure enables it to draw on the talents of health care and social service professionals throughout our service area to most efficiently meet our client's needs.
IWC specializes in delivering custom-designed outreach programs including seminars, back-to-school events, community-specific programs, educational material, and a wide variety of health care and social services related training programs. For example, below are some of the services IWC now offers:
Recruit and manage licensed individuals to complete PASRR assessments

Who Are We?
Owner and Project Manager
Kathleen Daly Kline
Kathleen is the President and sole owner of IWC. IWC delivers focused, personal attention to each client. IWC consists of a qualified and diverse team of individuals in their healthcare field. Kathleen established IWC in 2010, in part to respond to a request by a client to provide health care outreach services in the State of Indiana. Since 2010, IWC has expanded its services and contracts to include a team of over 50 independent contractors.
Kathleen holds a Masters of Science in Counseling and Human Services from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Bowling Green State University. She is also a State-licensed school counselor in Indiana. During these years, Kathleen worked with First Steps, Healthy Families and local community schools.
Prior to moving to Indiana with her family in 1997, Kathleen worked in Washington D.C. as Chief Clerk on the United States Senate Subcommittee on Information & Regulation, a Subcommittee of Senate Committee on Governmental Affairs. Kathleen worked in the Senate for 5 years before moving on to the American Humane Association where she worked as a legislative analyst for three years.
Kathleen worked in the Northwest Region on behalf of MDwise Inc. from 2001 through 2010. In 2010 she founded Indiana Wellness Consultants, a state certified Women’s Business Enterprise.
Kathleen is currently the Chair of LIFT, an organization through the Marshall County Community Foundation. LIFT is a group of women working together to mentor and inspire local women seeking information, skills, and resources to better their personal and professional lives.
Sustainability Director
Chris Kline
Chris as more than 35 years of professional experience in the public, private and nonprofit sectors making a positive difference on energy, environmental, and sustainability issues.
For the past five years, he directed key client sustainability projects for global engineering and consulting firms and advised C-suite leadership on various sustainability matters. His work included guiding the development of corporate sustainability plans for large public and private companies.
From 2014-2019, Chris was a senior instructor at Culver Academies, teaching courses in ethics, sustainability, environmental science, and design thinking. He was instrumental in developing the school’s sustainability curriculum, as well as its renewable energy program, Green Revolving Fund, and several natural area stewardship projects. as more than 35 years of professional experience in the public, private and nonprofit sectors making a positive difference on energy, environmental, and sustainability issues.

Mr. Kline led the development of the school’s first campus sustainability plan as well as associated campus, alumni, and community outreach efforts.
Previously he led federal business development efforts for a global consulting firm, successfully managing several multi-million-dollar government-wide acquisition contracts. He has consulted extensively in the federal sector providing various federal agency clients with policy analysis and program support.
Prior to his consulting career, he was a professional staff member on the U.S. Senate Committee of Governmental Affairs (now Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs) where he planned, organized, and staffed more than 20 oversight and investigative hearings in the energy, environment, and nuclear areas. He also managed more than 50 audits, investigations, and reviews for the committee.
Chris began his career as a Research Assistant at the Roosevelt Center for American Policy Studies, a nonpartisan, nonprofit public policy research foundation.. Kline led the development of the school’s first campus sustainability plan as well as associated campus, alumni, and community outreach efforts.
Chris currently serves on the Marshall County Indiana Planning Commission and is a Board Member on the Lake Maxinkuckee Environmental Fund.
